Im hoping to try learn how to use tournament mangager and was wondering how can you put the screens on other screens if that makes sense such as alliance selection dq head to head
Im hoping to install the program on a laptop closed of from the school network but Im wondering lets say I am running friendlys and I wanna put the match timer on the board (smart board) but im running tournament manger via the laptop how would one do that?

To answer your question, you can launch different displays from Tournament Manager and feed them out via attached screens/monitors, so you can connect your laptop to the SMART Board and send an Audience Display to that screen. Alternatively, you can install Tournament Manager on whatever computer is connected to the SMART Board and connect it remotely to the Tournament Manager instance on the laptop. In order to do that both computers have to be able to communicate across the network.
When you install TM, the last step asks if you want to open the user guide and or launch TM. You can also open the user guide from the help menu within TM

As for how you connect a laptop to a school display? Probably with an HDMI cable.
In the top bar there is usually something that says launch remote display or something like that and if you do the right one as you are running the match or from the match dashboard that you can change the screen easily. To score the match though you will need a device with tournament manager mobile or something like that.
