I am thinking about starting a alliance of only Nevada teams. I was just wondering how hard it would be? If it is accepted I will probably advertise and accept all teams as long as they are in NV.
It’s not that hard to start an alliance, you just need to get your message out to the type of people you’re trying to attract. Like, maybe make a plan, start another thread, and make a google form to put on said thread so you can keep track of applicants.

An “alliance” in that sense is not an official or formal concept. You can do it however you want, with whatever rules you want.
In other words, it is only as hard as you make it and as easy as your connections allow.

In that case you probably want to start a discord server for Nevada VEX teams.

The way we did it was to make friends, a group of friends, and then form. You need to keep control and be leveled headed running an alliance.
Edit: Also, it doesn’t hurt to be selective. In the start you may seem easy to accept anyone, but I would advise against it
