The game manual says that they weigh 40 grams.

I recommend reading the game manual, as it includes the weight and all dimensions of the field and field elements.

In the Game-Specific Definitions under the Block heading, the weight is shown to be approximately 40g. However, Rule T5 (‘Be prepared for minor Field variance’) states blocks may vary in weight by up to ± 4g.
