My team and I are using a wide angle camera for the live vex tournament. For some reason, the wide angle gets cut off in the tournament display. We are wondering if there is any way to change the resolution of the video.

What kind of camera are you using? Like specifically, which camera (company and model)? In the camera settings you should be able to change the resolution, but it depends on the camera.

The default resolution should be fine because we tested it using the computer camera app

We are using a TENVIS webcam wide angle. And it has 1080 p.
I’m not really sure what is happening. It could be that the Live Remote Tournament Software can’t handle such a wide view, but I don’t really know what the problem is. If anyone else has any ideas, please chime in.

Yeah, we assumed that. It’s unfortunate though because we don’t have enough space to move it back
Actually, great new! We got a different camera and it works way better.
Like you said, I assume the program couldn’t handle such a wide camera angle so it didn’t display the whole area. Getting a camera with a smaller wide angle should help the situation though.
