My team is trying to build a pretty fast drivetrain and I worked out that we want around 410-470 rpm on 3.25 inch wheels. What series of gears would get to something around that from a blue motor which runs at 600 rpm? Thanks

Using a 3:4 ratio will get you to a final output of 450. This is done using a 36 and a 48 tooth gear.

This is a little below your rpm range, but you can use 72t-48t gears with 600 rpm to get 400 rpm on 3.25β.
Itβs easy to build, goes plenty fast with torque, and is a good drivetrain length.
