How to keep shaft from claw to not fall out

So were having trouble opening the claw the shaft keeps falling out

Put shaft collars next to stable structure, the collars are designed to stay in the same place of the shaft so it’ll stop the shaft from falling out

IQ does also have captive shafts, albeit plastic ones. You can see them on the left of the front row of shafts in this image:

There should be a couple of rubber shaft collars preventing those axels from falling out, as can be seen in this animation.
