How to make a flip out?

does any one know how to make a flip just like 448x, 2145z or 1961z ?

we have a simple tray but were planning to make three trays but the third tray is slider

let us know some of your suggestions

a screw joint is commonly used. Also, a 3rd tray slider on a simple tray is not a good decision because that eliminates your ability to score in towers.

Edit: not a good decision for a simple tray
