How to qualify for regional state and world Vex IQ competition?

Hi All, I am new to Vex IQ, could someone please point me to the webpage that describes how to qualify for the competitions at region, state and worlds?

These are the closest resources I could find:

Basically, this is how it works:
You can go to a regional or signature event. If you win a states-winning award in regionals, you go to states (which then you go to worlds if you win another again). If you win a qualifying award or win as the top team in a signature event, then you directly go to worlds.
