How to rubber band a lift

Hello, my team is trying to perfectly rubber band a DR4B and we are having some trouble. I am aware that the right way to do this is in a triangle shape but I don’t know where to put the points of the triangle or how to mount it. Any links, drawings or videos would be helpful.

And yes, I am aware of antichambers video, but he didn’t explain it very well.

I don’t think there is a video about it but if you look at robots like:

you should get some idea of where to put the points. If you can’t get it perfect then i would recommend over balancing it because gravity helps a lot. My goal when trying to balance is get it so when the motors arnt running it wont change its position.
