How to use vision sensor

So I’m trying to set up the vision sensor to track the location of a block for my autonomous mode. I noticed that there is an x, y, h, and w. H and W obviously correspond to the width and height of the detected object, but what do the X and Y correspond to, and are they inversely proportional to the W and H? Thanks so much for helping out a total noob.

x and y are the coordinate position of the object on the screen, x would be horizontal position, y would be vertical. I don’t know what the range of the x any y values are.
