I just got 1 new pneumatic and I want to make it into 1 wing but I have never used a pneumatic before.

I don’t know how to use pneumatics. Right when I opened the kit, I saw all of the parts but I don’t know what any of them do. I need to make 1 wing out of it but I just don’t know how to work a pneumatic. If you have any pictures, videos or descriptions on them then I would like to know.
