So it’s been a while since I’ve posted that much… I figured I’d share some of the graphics I’ve been working on… The first one is the field render that I made. Thanks to Andrew for a nice college field, and with a little bit of work on coloring, and reworking a few parts, I was able to create the below image.
The other graphic was a poster… I’ve been reworking the design for Auk… (I do realize I’ll have stabilization problems… I made some changes, but then my graphics driver started having some problems, so I didn’t have a chance to update the poster…
Finally, I revamped my signature… You can see it below…
Currently, I’m working on raising funding. I pretty much have both my designs, but right now, I’m just saving money so that I can make some big parts orders…
I use Autodesk Inventor 2012 for most of the rendering, and then compile images using GIMP… Both of those are available for free… (the first if you have a .edu student, the second, you can just download.)
