If you and a teamate both hoard 1 goal, is it considered a violation?

it says Hoarding of Mobile Goals is limited. Robots may not Hoard more than one (1) Mobile Goal at
once.
Minor violations of this rule that do not affect the Match will result in a warning. Match Affecting
offenses will result in a Disqualification. Teams that receive multiple warnings may also receive a Disqualification at the Head Referee’s discretion.
when it says robots, can that mean only one robot can hoard 1 goal?

and i mean like if your on the same team, can you and your teamate both hoard 1 goal

Hoarding definition:

Hoarding – A Robot is considered to be Hoarding a Mobile Goal if it is actively blocking an opposing Robot’s access to a Mobile Goal without directly Possessing it , such as by expanding horizontally across a portion of the field. See Figure 12a and .
Robots on the same Alliance working in tandem to block access to Mobile Goals would share the Hoarding of said Mobile Goal. See Figure 12b.
Hoarding may occur anywhere around the field perimeter and/or Platforms; there is no requirement for it to be in a specific corner of the field.

Provided you and your alliance are not hoarding goals together, you can each hoard up to 1 goal. If you are hoarding goals in the same area, there is a chance that the head ref at your event might call you for hoarding more than 1 goal, but if you each hoard one goal in separate corners, you shouldn’t get called for hoarding.

Side note: I heavily suggest going through and reading the entire game manual prior to asking your question, as both can be found by reading the entirety of Section 2 of the game manual.

see i have read the game manual, thats why i ask the question. the one hoarding rule wasnt entirely clear to me. Hence the post including the rule i was confused about. but thank you for the help. the speed in which i got a awnser was incredible XD

I agree you need to read the game manual. However, the interpretation may differ. In one tournament the referee warned the alliance for hoarding because each robot had one mobile in each corner of the home zone.
