If you live in a country where only you compete can you still go to worlds?

So I might move to India, and in India there is only one other team that I know that might compete for v5 so would I still be able to go to worlds?

Please look at the kb articles as stated multiple times the search bar is your friend. So regarding this question this article states for worlds Appendix D: 2025 World Championship Spot Allocations 1 spot for v5rc 1 spot for viqrc Ms and 1 spot for viqrc ES
