Its been a few years since I’ve used IME’s, but due to other size constraints the red encoders aren’t an option this year.
I noticed when inputting motor and sensor ports this morning that there’s no 393 turbo option, only speed and torque.
I don’t imagine listing them as speed would cause huge issues, but I was curious what this option did and whether it would have an effect or not.
You have that option in ROBOTC V4.26. If you are using V3.6X then it really doesn’t matter that much (unless using my smart motor library, and even then it only affects internal speed calculations). In ROBOTC V4.XX it is only important if using the internal PID mode.
What were you using? Don’t forget that V4 is a paid upgrade from V3, for the cortex V4 does’t offer that much more, you only really need to upgrade if you want the VEX IQ functionality, although I suspect V3.63 will not receive many (if any) improvements from this point on.
