In Crossover competitions, does the bridge have the plastic sheet on it?

In Vex IQ Crossover competitions, does the bridge have the plastic sheet with the Vex IQ logo on it?
The official rules don’t say anything about it.

Yes it does. The field setup guide clearly shows attaching the sheet to the bridge on the page B-45/B-46 and the field needs to be set up according to the instructions.

The sheet is quite material to the field performance, as it significantly changes the grip the robots have while crossing the ramp.
