Installation Problems?

Hi, this is Jason.

I was installing easyC on my PC and also installing the vital ContentViewer. But when I tried launching ContentViewer, it showed up as this:

Any help on the problem?

At first, I thought that the fail was fine. But then when I proceeded to install easyC V4 for Cortex, it showed up as this:

Then when I launched easyC V4 for Cortex, this showed up:

Please anybody help?!?!?!?!?!

All of Intelitek’s software uses the same licensing engine. When you installed Content Viewer I suspect you installed an outdated and old version of the licensing engine that isn’t compatible with your 64 bit OS and generated the error. When EasyC was installed the newer version of the licensing engine failed to overwrite the old version and created the EasyC errors. You’ll need to manually delete the socx5.ocx file then reinstall EasyC with the 64 bit compatible licensing files.
