Intake Ramp Angle

The ramp on my robot is not working properly. To intake a ring, our robot has to push the ring against the field perimeter, and it takes about 3 seconds just for the ring to make its way inside the robot. Our ramp is zip tied in between our drive train. The ramp is made out of poly carbonate. We tried angling it so that the bottom is really close to the ground, but it didn’t work. We also tried angling it slightly more horizontally and elevated it hoping that the ramp purposefully had to bend, but that didn’t work either.

Does anybody have tips to solve this problem.
Thank you.

it is really hard to help without pictures. if you can post pictures that would help. ill take a stab at it though,we bent with a heatgun a piece of polycarb to create a ramp for a lower stage of our intake (we are running hook) thamay help to keep It horizontal we attached a piece of one bar under the polycarb right above the ground.

This is actually really helpful. If I have time, I can post a picture of it, but thank you for this.
