We need help with our intakes. They can only pick up 11 cubes. Then they stall. Triple chained geared 1:2.

11 cubes is pretty good for a competition so you should probably focus
on multipliers in towers since it is more point efficient.

Also as a point of advice, unless your motors are held by anything else, rubber bands arent a great idea.

In my region the best team has the ability to pick up 11 but it never happens so realistically it makes more sense to have that so focus on the multipliers
Looking at your tray it seems EXTREMELY steep. That looks like a 60 degree angle which is no bueno, unless its a bad camera angle.
We measured, it is at roughly at 46 degrees.
