Whenever we run a vex program, it says “Invalid User Program”. I’ve tried making a new program and the brain is up to date, but none of our new programs are working.
Is this using VEXcode with a V5 ?
Blocks, Python or C++?
We have the same issue. Using V5 and Blocks. We were making small tweaks to our program, and downloading to test out. After one such iteration, we started seeing this error, and it appears to be happening for any programs we upload.
Saw another post for this error saying to make sure the firmware was up-to-date, and we updated it, but still seeing this issue.
Also worth noting that we can go into the motor controls directly on the brain, and are able to trigger the motors (at least the ones we’ve tested thus far).
Did you problem solved?
We met the same problem today. Our brain and VEXcode V5 are both Update to Date. But all of sudden, none of our programs work. Even the stored program in the brain report the same “Invalid User Program !” error.
We tried update the VEXos (even it is up to date) anyway, but problem is still there.
Anybody know how to solve this problem?
So running the “ drive” program shows the error ? How old is the V5 brain ?
The problem was solved after delete all programs, then upload the same program back.
I did the same thing and it didn’t work. Is there another way to solve this problem?
Need lots more details.
V5 ? vexos version ? programing environment ? blocks, C++ or python ?
does the built in drive program work ?
I am having the same problem using vex code V5 and the built in drive program works but nothing else will. Do you have a way I can fix this problem?
Can you please send us a screenshot.
My team was able to fix it by swapping out the brain, so I’m very sorry, but we can’t.
