IQ 2nd Gen Brain Freezing

Whenever I am switching on my brain, it keeps getting frozen after a couple of seconds. The brain cannot even function and the only way to stop it is to take out the battery.

I have factory reset the brain and required to do a firmware update it keeps on failing.

Any help?

call vex support and discuss with them.

It sounds like a failed flash memory chip to me.
