Does anyone know of a fix for VEX IQ motors that have rounded out where the shaft goes?
Not for official competitions. If you really like that motor you might be able to disassemble it and swap one out from a different motor, or 3d print one, just know it will not be as strong. Both of these fixes will render the motor illegal and you will Not be able to use them in comp.

I was trying to think of a way to replace it, then maybe paint it to mark it as classroom only. May not be worth the trouble, unless I can make it a project for kids to do.
Yeah, the only way I see being able to replace it without sacrificing another motor is to 3d print something, which I don’t have the CAD for internal pieces, a staff member might be able to help there if it is able to be disclosed.
