Has anyone else had any issues with Smart Cables? I had a pack where I removed a 400mm smart cable and it was missing the connector? I was at my daughters school and opened a fresh bag of cables and another 400mm smart cable was missing an connector? I’m aware of issues of a bad batch of download usb cables. I’m starting to think I’m unlucky here? To be fare VEX are replacing, their brilliant, so no issues there.

Was the plug loose in the bag, like it had gotten pulled off in handling and shipping?
Nope no plugs in bags, unless I missed them. It’s really bizarre!
There is probably no more than a visual check of the assembly
