IQ smart motor only spinning in reverse

I built a 2nd gen clawbot a few days ago and everything was perfectly fine, but today I was trying a new project that involved coding and I noticed the drivetrain would only spin reverse when I ran the code, I checked if it was reversed polarities but it wasn’t. i removed all the code and only programmed it to go forward for 200mm however it went reverse 200mm, I’m not sure if it was my fault, I don’t think I’ve overused the motors since I only used the drivetrain motors for about two hours a day.

check if the motor works using the devices screen. select the motor, hit “check” to start it running and then use left/right arrow keys to change speed, make sure it can go forwards and reverse.
