Does anyone know anything on if using the wall in a match is legal or not?

Yes that is definitely illegal. It has to be able to stay in the 18" x 18" x 18" cube for inspections by itself and it has to start the way it was inspected. So yes, just like @Railgunawesome said,

The real question is, can you use the floor to hold part within 18 inches?

I prefer gravity… floor is just there to resist…

Thank you that’s what i thought, but once i saw some reveal vids posted were they used the wall I got confused. Here is the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kbX-WNzXBg) The do it at (1:10).

The manual says it is legal as long as it pass inspection by itself
Being held in by the wall and nothing else implies that it wouldn’t pass inspection since there isn’t a wall there. It’s Illegal, and even if you magically found yourself in a case where it was, it would be really bad practice.
So to avoid confusion, it’s illegal, don’t do it
