i want to use a jumper to activate certain behaviour on my robot, i read in another thread that putting a jumper clip in a analog or digital port appear certain values in the online window, i want to know if that is true and if it is what ports are for input this jumper and if tehy are analog or digital

By default ports 5-10 are digital inputs. The I/O ports on the controller are reconfigurable, so if you wanted they could all be configured as inputs or all configured as outputs.
When you insert a jumper it will change the state of the I/O port from 1 to 0 in the online window. Many teams have used jumpers to select from multiple autonomous modes.
