problem with motor stall

I assembled the squarebot per instructions, and it seemed to work. Then i tried switching from 23 to 12 mode, and then back, and now one motor will only turn about 1 rev, then stop. When I hit the control agin, it turns about one and then stops. Other motoir works fine.when i switch the sockets, it appears to be the motor not the transmitter or receiver.
Any suggestions. any way to check the motor without disassembling the whole thing?

are you using a servo instead of a moter because servos dont spin a whole rotation if you are using a servo try swapping out the servo for the moter
