Is there a dynamic link to the latest game manual for the latest VRC and IQ games? I know one is published each season but I would like to have one where I can use the same link each year.

I do not think that exists.
Exactly. I have a lot of template emails and this is why my default link is to the Current Game which contains the latest manual. It would be nice to say, “Make sure you check out the latest game manual here:” and I wouldn’t have to dig up the link.
There is the VRC hub app. It has all the manuals since NbN although it is a little slow to get updates. I do not think there is a link that is updated from game to game.
