Legal amount of Pnumatic air tanks

Hello, I was wondering if for the over under competition VRC are we allowed to use 3 pneumatic air tanks, and still have 8 motors as well as the controllers that control the pneumatic pistons.

All questions such as this can be answered by reading the game manual.

2 air tanks and 88w worth of motors. There are 11w and 5.5w motors. You can use any number or combination of them as long as its 88w or less. The previous requirement that pneumatics count as a motor does not exist this year.
