Legality of off the shelf netting

I have been doing some research into polycarb alternatives, and have run into that pictured above, which is netting woven from nylon string. Woven from legal nylon string. However, this is not sold as string, it is sold as netting, which brings up the debate about wether its legal. On one hand, its made from vex legal string, so its fine, but on the other hand, it potentially violates the student centered policy because students had no hand in the fabrication process.

Thoughts in its V5RC high school legality?

While prior year Q&A are not binding, I would assume the GDC would make the same interpretation as during spin up - 1485: Netting thrown over another robot : Robot Events

You can make a net out of string, but you cannot use a net made out of string that you did not manufacture
