I know that a ball has to leave the second loading zone for rapid loading in skills. though, what if my robot has one roller that reaches into the zone, and touches it before it leaves, but the momentum of my rolling reaches into the actual bot. I am saying what defines “Robot causing it to leave the starting zone” I am asking does it have to just touch it? then could I just put a PET sheet to touch it then basically play Skee-Ball?
rule SG5. D states
Rapid Load Balls may only be removed from that Starting Zone by a Robot action (e.g., picked up by an intake, pushed by a moving Robot, etc.). Rapid Load Balls cannot be bounced or rolled out of that Starting Zone by a Loader.
so you can roll it but the robot must be the thing to remove it from the loding zone. so no you can not put a plastic sheet and let it touch that and leave. but if the plastic sheet pulls or pushes ball out of loading zone
