Are we able to add a license plate holder this year to the robots?
I think so.
if the precedent of last season holds, you are still allowed to 3-d print holders for license plates. A key note that was addressed at Worlds is that you cannot have the opposing color license plate showing at the back of your license plates. you can get around that by adding a piece of tape or blocking view of the other license plate.
