Can you comment on support for MAC and VEX programming kits, software etc. Seems the kit supports Windows. What about MAC? Is there any open source or VEX MAC communities of interest out there that you can point me to?
The Programming Kits and/or Vex Software do not support MAC computers and we are not aware of an open source.

Unfortunately no, the programming kit can not be used with a Macintosh computer. There are no plans to release Mac support because the MPLAB IDE from Microchip does not support Mac’s.
