Hello, I am using a MACBook Air with the new VEXCode for IQ. I download the VEXos for MAC os X. I have a couple of IQ Brains that are connecting for a second, the items connected to the brain will show up only momentarily, but then gives me error:
USB Connection Failure
any ideas
OK, so what I found that I was doing, I had VEXCode for IQ open while I was trying to run the VEXos utility. And I think that was what was causing the error. I think they are updating now.
Make sure that VEXCode (or any other program that connects to the IQ brain) is not open while you are updating the firmware using the VEXOS utility.
