Make a Maze Kit Available

I have seen several idea in this forum and elsewhere for building a maze for Vex IQ.

Right now my solution for making a maze is:

I cut an 1/2 inch piece of plywood into strips the same height as the field walls. I drilled holes at each end ( I am going to turn the holes in to slots to make it easier to place them on the field. I cut them to several different lengths. I used four 2x wide, 2x1 offset corner connectors (228-2500-131) and two 2X2 connector pin (228-2500-062) to connect boards to field. They stand up just fine to robots hitting them.

I would like to see a pack of the (50) connectors and (25) pins to connect the boards to the field. I used up all my offset corner connectors from my 6 kits to build a maze.

You could also sell 1/2in. molded plastic pieces at different lengths to make the maze instead of the board, but those would require time to design and build. The pins and connectors could be packaged together already.

I use the white, corrugated sheets from Home Depot. They are 4’8’ and 1/16" thick. They are sort of flexible, so you can get a curve out of them. They take sharpie, roboteers can write on them.

Thanks for the parts list on how to manage 1/2 material!
