we had some old controllers around and we know some teams check the robot batteries with the controller and its no longer possible with the cortex and joystick and sticking mulitmeter probes in a battery is annoying so i ripped apart a controller
Wow nice. We may have to do that so we aren’t bringing the whole massive joystick everywhere…
Nice, I have a transmitter that’s has a broken joysticke, nice use. Any reason you didn’t do the full tape wrap on the electronics?
i didn’t wrap the buttons and switch because i didn’t want them to be pressed all the time and i didn’t have time to desolder them.
its WAY lighter and it fits in your pocket you don’t have to turn it on and it dose not beep every time you plug in a battery plus you dont have to fight with the probes of a multimeter its great
