Making Joints that Move Joints with Fusion

I’m using the VEX CAD library for Fusion360 to design my robot. I have a robot that has a part on the back that uses sprockets and chains to move a “ladder” part, with a flywheel on the end of that ladder part. I was able to design this in Fusion, but I’m having trouble with joints. I have an image of my design below. The back part with the sprockets is put together using motion links and as-built joins, same with the flywheel part. The two C-Channels that hold the Flywheel also move all of the screws and the license plate with it, as I have a rigid group that joins the C channels and all other components on there. But to my understanding, a part of a join needs to be grounded for it to move. In my case, the axles are all grounded. So, if I try to add the flywheel system to the rigid group, the flywheel system will no longer move. If I unground the axles on the flywheel, all of the parts do move, except the flywheel’s joints no longer work. I’m wondering how, if possible, I can make the C-channel part move with the flywheel, and the flywheel system itself can also still have working joints. Any help would be appreciated!
