Match loads cant be in buckets

In the middle of a competition and the head refs dont allow buckets for match loads and will not provide any. Our coach says that there is a rule stating otherwise and is trying to find it along with three members of our school. I am asking vex forum for help find8ng this rule if there is one. Thanks

“The Event Partner may provide boxes, tables, or other devices to contain and/or elevate Match Loads at their discretion under rule , but any devices must be consistent across all fields, Alliance Stations, Matches, and Teams.”

Thanks. The competition has bags but i guess they wont use them
