Due to other teams using the omni wheels, my team did a 1:1 ratio for our mecanum drive.
We want to make it faster. Would a 24:18 ratio w/ sprockets work? The motor would be attached to the 24 t sproket.

Do you have any other omni wheels? I would seriously reconsider using mecanums.
But yes, that would give you a 1.3:1 gear ratio, which seems reasonable for a 4 motor drive. You might want to just change the internal gearing instead though, making it a 1.6:1 gearing.
If we manage to obtain any, of course we will.
