Memory Chip Logging---is it even possible for Vexcode?

Hello to anyone out there!

I want to log various sensor values/motor values onto my bot. In order to do that, I need a memory chip, right? I have that, I just need to know some of the commands for data logging, because I have honestly no idea how to do it.
