Normally we might ask this on the Q&A, but it’s not open yet. Is there a Preload for Robot Skills?
Figure SG1-1 for Teamwork clearly shows the red preload in the grasp of the robot:
But RSC3-1 doesn’t show a robot, but does show a red pin close to the red triangle goal:
That red pin is about 14" from the triangle’s edge. So if you want to start a robot against the triangle, that red pin will be inside your robot unless your robot is shorter than 14", right?
A robot longer than 14" with a preload would have to start off at some kind of angle to the triangle’s edge.
Is it possible the GDC meant for that red pin to be the preload? Wondering what others think, before Q&A opens. Or maybe we missed something in the manual.
