We need a new mobile cone life idea. Our gears keep striping and it continuously bends after we fix it. Does anyone have any good ideas? I kind of need them ASAP. Thanks!

I assume that you are referring to mobile goals. Try a small four bar. We’ve found it to be quite effective
I agree. We have done this as well. Also, it looks like you are using a mobile goal support made of cut up metal. Why not just use a c-channel on either side of the mobile goal, they fit perfectly around the mobile goal flange. Also c-channels used in this way should not bend or break (unless you are doing something seriously wrong) It might look something like this:

Generally, the configuration you guys are using is weak, because of the large cantilever you are using on both sides. However, you could fix this with a small (15 holes ish) length of 4 bar, this would solve your cantilever issue as well as any bending you may have. This, accompanied by a 5 hole piece of c channel on both sides hold the goal rather well. This combined with the strength of chain (abysmal in this case) you end up with a recipe for success.
Question, How well can you get into the 20pt zone with that design?
