Motor Control-EXP

I’m making a robot, but I cannot hold up pieces and keep them in the same spot. if I use hold, it goes too far. if I use brake, it also moves it rather than keeping it in place. I’m using EXP and trying to hold up several bars. Any ideas?

add a gear reduction to increase the torque and set the braking to hold. also just in case you don’t know a gear reduction is when you have a small gear driving a larger gear and then use the larger gear to drive your mechanism. a gear reduction will make it move slower but it should also help keep it in place.
