Motor.Efficency

Hello, can anyone provide an example usecase for getting the efficency of tbr motor? I tried just calling Motor
Efficency() and printing it to the screen but all I get is 0.

I am programmimg on VEXCode

As mentioned here:

So if it isn’t moving, it should be returning 0 (I think I’m reading that right). Is it moving?
