Motor Error in Hardware Verification Window

I have come across the following situations more than a few times. I am using the VEX IQ robots with everything updated. When I download the program to robot. The hardware verification window comes up, I have seen the following errors:

Motor Error the motor is not equipped in the hardware. (the motor is properly named and plugged into cortex correctly.)

LED Error the LED is in boot state (the LED is also name appropriately and plugged into the cortex correctly.)

Any help or ideas on these two issues will be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

There are a couple of posts there in IQ. What you need to do is move the sensor to port1, use VexOs to re-flash the sensor, that may fix it. You can then us it in any port.
