I have a team who has been testing a roller system through the Devices menu on the gen 2 brain. It works for awhile, then an error message that is a circle with an exclamation mark in the center pops up. They’ve tried 2 different motors. They’ve looked at alignment of the system, and made it smoother rolling, but the error message pops up again. I’ve looked through the Library and can’t find the error code that is popping up. I’ll add a photo next time it happens If I don’t get any answers as I know photos help a ton in diagnosing problems. Could it be a bad port on the brain? Could it be a bad connector cord? What should I suggest to them? They are a 1st year team and doing really well with their robot design, so I want to figure this out to help them get past this hiccup. TIA!
That means communication was lost to the motor, usually bad cable or damaged connector.

Thanks… that’s what I was thinking. I’m a 2nd year coach so it’s nice to have the confirmation that my thought process was on point.
