Motor hold in Robot C

Is there a way to place a motor hold in Robot C graphical

Motor hold should be default brake mode for RobotC, so you only need to stopMotor() and that should hold it at the position. Is your observation different?
Please note that as soon as the program finishes, all motors are let go, so if your problem is of the “our robot rolls down the ramp at the end of programming run” kind, just add wait(10, minutes) or something…
