Motor ports 1-5 on my Vex EDR Cortex are not working. They do not power the motors we attach to them. Ports 6-10 work fine. Any help in solving this problem would be appreciated.

You can try resetting the Cortex and redownloading the firmware. If that doesn’t change anything, then the ports are likely dead. @Jpearman will always have better information on this. He’ll comment here when he can, or if it looks like it would help.
Seems like a PTC inside of the cortex from ports 1-5. Do they not move at all?
There is a PTC on 1-5 and 6-10, considering that all of 1-5 is broken, it seems likely that there is something wrong with that. If you have updated firmware and taken all measures like that, I would send the cortex back… was there a particular time this started happening?
