While trying to update all motors and sensors with the VEX IQ, one of my motors will not update and does not work at all. I’ve tried updating in different ports, turning it on/off and trying again, and it still will not update. It say that I need to contact support and this is the only way I see to contact support. Is there an email address to contact support directly.

Regarding the motor update, there are a few reasons why this wouldn’t happen. Our tech folks can try to talk through a few solutions, or if nothing works we’ll ship out a new motor for you ASAP!
