Our team is experiencing a problem with multiple Gen 2 IQ brains saying they need a software update, but then the update fails.
We tried the downloaded Vex software and the web version on our Mac that we usually program on, and also tried switching to a PC. We tried multiple cords.
We also have been called VEX support all morning and get hung up on every time we’re in the queue to talk to a person.
Our elementary schoolers have a competition in less than 2 weeks, so would be really helpful to have this sorted out asap.
